Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will address system performance and maintenance inquiries, handle incoming and outbound calls professionally, and adhere to regulatory and company policies. Your primary focus will be on delivering a consistent and high level of service, meeting revenue targets, and achieving call objectives.

This is an on-site position located in Houston, TX. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding PosiGen contractual obligations, system performance, and maintenance.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at all times.
  • Provide a consistent, high-quality customer service experience.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and call objectives.
  • Accurately update customer records and input data efficiently.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and escalate as needed, ensuring cross-functional teams are informed.
  • Clearly explain lease terms and contractual details as appropriate.
  • Complete administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
  • Adhere to strict company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience required
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong customer service skills and experience required

Physical Demands

  • Primary responsibilities involve regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, and reaching with arms.
  • Occasionally, the role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.

Base Salary
$19—$21 USD
