Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical team member to support our delinquency remediation efforts. This role will focus on outreach to customers around autopay enrollment and supporting our collections process through Salesforce case management.
Essential Job Functions
- Contact customers whose autopay was previously active but became unenrolled, as well as customers who have never enrolled, to encourage re-enrollment
- Review and manage late-stage delinquent accounts, assigning cases for permanent removal where appropriate
- Support additional Salesforce cleanup tasks and assist with late-stage collections initiatives
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail for accurate data comparison and validation
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills, with a sales-oriented mindset
- Collections and customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Effective computer navigation and troubleshooting abilities across multiple platforms
- Strong reading comprehension skills to interpret technical information and documentation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
- The work location is 100% on-site in Houston, TX.
- The initial assignment is expected to last approximately three months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
