Solar Contract Approval Specialist (REMOTE) - 2nd Shift

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: Availability needed until 10 PM ET / 9 PM CT / 8 PM MT
                      Saturday: Availability needed until 9 PM ET / 8 PM CT / 7 PM MT

While this position can be remote, we strongly prefer candidates located in one of our areas of operation: New Orleans, LA; Houston, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Philadelphia, PA; and the surrounding Northeast region (NJ, CT, MA, RI, NH). 

Essential Job Functions

  • Supports the Sales team in the capacity of an administrative professional
  • Places outbound calls to customers to review all information and upcoming steps in the pre-board process
  • Scheduling of site survey appointments in the job scheduler and check for availability of contractors or local survey technicians
  • Communication with sales professionals to assure the contracts are moving forward and work together to schedule calls if needed
  • High volume of packet preparation for sales appointments in a timely manner
  • Making sure that the sales packet has all of the correct/updated information components
  • Work with Document Control on deadlines for updated documents/regulations
  • Research ownership/property address issues with various Parish/County government offices
  • Confirming that the proper loan approvals are received with sold systems
  • Verifying that all documents are completed/uploaded by sales team in order to comply with Document Control regulations
  • Making sure that all original documents are collected from the sales team for Document Control auditing purposes
  • Review Salesforce reports for upcoming sales appointments and status of signed documents
  • Adjusting sales packet based on sales representative needs or feasibility results from operations
  • Interact with Management, office, and field personnel of several internal departments on a daily basis
  • Follow up on aging customer statuses in Salesforce. Includes reporting status regularly
  • General office management and administrative duties (filing, faxing, scanning, and organization of sales documents and marketing materials)

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Excellent Customer Service experience and skills are required
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred) 
  • Knowledge of solar power energy field (Preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software a plus
  • Experience with DrawLoop and DocuSign software a plus
  • Proficient use of Google Suite (Email, Meet, Chat, Drive) as well as other database programs

Physical Demands

  • The physical requirements outlined are essential for performing the core duties of this role.
  • Regular responsibilities include speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands for handling or feeling, and reaching with arms.
  • Occasionally, the employee may need to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally is required. Vision requirements include close, distance, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Base Salary
$20—$22 USD
