Essential Job Functions

  • Fully understand, support, manage Salesforce and Salesforce processes and provide insight into best practices
  • Respond to customer support tickets promptly, providing concierge-level technical support, documenting resolutions to support requests daily, and escalating tickets as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce.com releases, technologies, applications, and integrations
  • Manage standard and custom objects, such as pages, fields, formulas
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support and share best practices and increase Salesforce knowledge across the organization
  • Add and update workflows, rules, formulas, and flows to manage standard and custom objects
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved within a timely manner
  • Assist in the development of training plans, materials, and documentation for Salesforce users                     
  • Monitor user adoption rates and work with Technology team to respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources)
  • Maintain user roles, profiles, security, and access
  • Develop and communicate a schedule for future feature releases/enhancements
  • Prepare required analytical reports/dashboards to support the user teams
  • Develop, implement and ensure compliance with Change Management Process
  • Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting.
  • Responsible for data management, including mass updates, deletes and extracts in addition to regular de-duping and data clean up
  • Support integrations of Salesforce third party applications
  • Manage feedback to facilitate data architecture that enables cross departmental data analysis and business needs 
  • Create and maintain detailed set of instructions and system configuration, flowcharts, and other documentation as needed

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in (e.g., computer science, computer/software engineering, or similar) and Salesforce Administrator/Developer Certification preferred
  • 1-2  years’ experience of Salesforce org administration
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com platform 
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning App Builder is required
  • Experience with Process Builder and Flows is preferred 
  • Experience with SFDC Data Loader/JitterBit is a plus
  • Experience creating and/or updating Visualforce pages is a plus
  • Experience with Docusign and Drawloop integrations is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Extensions for Visual Studio Code is a plus
  • Knowledge of Apex programming is a plus

 

Physical Demands

  • Primary responsibilities involve regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, and reaching with arms.
  • Occasionally, the role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.

Base Salary
