Summary

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist I  to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and continuous improvement. This role is integral to supporting internal teams, enhancing processes, and maximizing system efficiency.

Essential Job Functions

  • Oversee, support, and enhance Salesforce processes while providing insights into best practices.
  • Respond promptly to customer support tickets with concierge-level service, document resolutions daily, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, technologies, applications, and integrations.
  • Provide ongoing assistance, share best practices, and increase Salesforce knowledge across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and refine workflows, rules, formulas, and flows for both standard and custom objects.
  • Ensure system issues are promptly identified, tracked, reported, and resolved efficiently.
  • Assist in developing training materials and documentation for Channel Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for Channel Partners within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of user roles, profiles, security, and access permissions.
  • Generate and collaborate on analytical reports and dashboards to support user teams.
  • Recommend and implement modifications to enhance system performance, efficiency, internal processes, and reporting.
  • Support data integrity through mass updates, deletions, extractions, de-duplication, and regular data cleanup.
  • Assist in the integration and maintenance of third-party applications within Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration guides, flowcharts, and user instructions.
  • Other duties assigned by leadership. 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce org administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning App Builder required.
  • Familiarity with Process Builder and Flows preferred.
  • Experience with SFDC Data Loader is a plus.
  • Experience with DocuSign integrations is a plus.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements outlined are essential for performing the core duties of this role.

  • Primary responsibilities involve regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, and reaching with arms.
  • Occasionally, the role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.

Base Salary
$20—$24 USD
